Abhiyantr is moving fast — and speed at this stage lives and dies on the team.

Abhiyantr Robotics builds agile, snake-like robots for inline, non-destructive inspection of small-diameter and unpiggable pipes inside critical industrial assets — supercritical and subcritical boilers, economisers, and shell-and-tube heat exchangers. It's hard, high-stakes deep-tech hardware, built by an IIT Delhi founding team that's now scaling quickly.

This engagement isn't scoped to a single search. The one-time sign-on makes RecMaf your hiring partner for every role you fill over the coming year — with a dashboard to run interviews and manage your team, and the full HR paperwork handled for each hire. We start with three priority roles, in your office by 15 August 2026, and carry the same engine forward for every position after that.

We're not filling a handful of seats — we're standing up the hiring engine Abhiyantr runs on as it scales through the year.

02Engagement Terms

Simple, transparent commercials.

One sign-on that covers a full year of hiring, plus a placement fee you only pay on a successful joining.

One-time sign-on
₹50,000 / one-time A single, one-time amount — not per role. It activates your RecMaf dashboard, your HR setup, and RecMaf as your hiring partner for the year. The dashboard is yours to keep using throughout.
Coverage
All roles · 12 months from sign-on Every position you hire for over the coming year runs under this one engagement — no repeat sign-on to add a role. We start with the three priority roles and carry on from there.
Placement fee
5.99% of annual fixed CTC · per hire Charged on each successful hire, on the fixed component of annual CTC (excluding variable pay and ESOPs) — the same rate for every role, all year.
Payment timing
On joining not on offer, not on shortlist The placement fee is triggered strictly when a candidate joins Abhiyantr. No hire, no placement fee.

You only pay for outcomes. Beyond the sign-on, nothing is owed until a candidate actually starts.

The exact fee per hire is 5.99% of that candidate's agreed annual fixed CTC — confirmed for each role once you share the JDs and target budgets.

A high-ownership generalist working directly alongside the founders — driving cross-functional execution, operations and strategy inside a fast-scaling deep-tech startup.

Ownership of motion, actuation and control for the robotic inspection platform — the core of how the snake-robot navigates and operates inside constrained piping.

Mechanical + CAD Engineer

Mechanical design and CAD for the robot's structure, mechanisms and tooling — turning inspection concepts into manufacturable, field-ready hardware.

Every role after these is covered too. As new positions open through the year — more engineers, ops, sales, whatever you scale into — they come under this same engagement. No new sign-on; just the 5.99% fee per hire when someone joins.

07Timeline

A one-month sprint.

Target all three in office by 15 August, with 31 August as the firm completion deadline.

Day 0 · sign-on
Kick-off & calibration. Sign-up activated, dashboard provisioned, JDs reviewed and role scope locked with the founders.
Week 1
Sourcing live. Dedicated headhunting begins across all three roles; first calibrated profiles land in your dashboard.
Weeks 2–3
Interviews in flow. Screened shortlists, interviews run and tracked on the dashboard, feedback loops tightened, offers going out.
By 15 Aug · target
All three hires in office. Offers accepted and candidates onboarded — the goal we're driving to.
By 31 Aug · deadline
Firm completion deadline. Any role still open past this date triggers the refund commitment in Section 07 — while our search continues at no extra cost.
08Deadline Assurance

What if a hire isn't found in time?

We drive for 15 August, hold 31 August as the firm deadline — and put our own fee at risk if we miss it.

If a role remains unfilled past 31 August:

  • Search continues at no extra cost until each role is filled — the sign-on is never charged twice.
  • No placement fee is owed for any role that hasn't produced a joined hire.
  • Partial sign-on refund — ₹25,000 of the ₹50,000 is performance-linked. For each of the three roles still unfilled on 31 August, ₹8,333 is refunded, up to the full ₹25,000 if all three remain open.

Why ₹25,000 stays with the platform: the other half of the sign-on covers your permanent dashboard and interview-management access — which you keep and keep using, whatever the search outcome.

Refund split shown is our recommended structure and can be adjusted before signing.

Protection after they join.

Every placement is backed by a 90-day replacement guarantee.

If a hire exits — for any reason — within 90 days of joining, we run the replacement search at no additional placement fee, and begin sourcing within five working days.
